Heather Dempsey is the founder of Self-Care Center and Elite Spa Pros Academy, where she empowers spa professionals to build thriving businesses while creating transformative client experiences.

With a career spanning over three decades, Heather’s journey began in the beauty and wellness industry before she turned 20. By the late ’90s, she founded The Face & Body Spa, which became a regional sensation, earning and owning the #1 ranking in Greater Philadelphia and “Best of Bucks” awards until she sold the business.

In only a 14 year span, Heather grew her spa seven times, eventually building a team of 27 elite spa professional and redefining what it means to deliver client-centered care.

Driven by her own personal and professional challenges blended with a lifelong curiosity about human connection and healing, Heather transitioned to therapeutic coaching and hypnotherapy after selling her spa in 2013. Her groundbreaking Repatterning Method combines insights from childhood patterns and trauma recovery to help individuals reshape their lives and experience deeper fulfillment.

In 2021, Heather returned to her roots in skincare, but this time, there was something even more unique approach than anyone has known in the industry. Her facials seamlessly blend physical nurturing with emotional healing, making every session more than skin-deep.
